Our Project Process
1. Scoping
Your Muus consultant will start by clearly defining the problem and will build a scope to define a solution. We can find the right resources you require to build the project value you envision. We will define a start/stop date, project requirements, stakeholders, budgets, materials and a clear definition of success.
2. Project Kick-Off
Day 1 is critical to aligning everyone around the mission. Day 2 where we start the good stuff - really digging into a solution and starting to build it out. Keeping up momentum ensures that timelines are met and communication is concise and clear as we march together towards project completion.
3. Project Execution
As we move through the project, we will quickly execute the completion of your requirements. Often we see scope creep where clients start to add more and more requirements - we can help you to manage these too. We know it's exciting to see progress but we'll ensure we get the project completed on-time and within budget.
4. Project Completion
Once a project completes it's scope of work, we'll organize the tangible artifacts and ensure you have all the resources you need. There is nothing better than a happy, healthy and successfully completed project!
